I just recently moved here in August, couldn’t be happier. Everything is 5 minutes away, the staff are friendly and leave out snacks to enjoy. They even created a small basket on home necessities on move in day, great first experience.

I have lived here for close to 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with the office staff and maintenance. I have had very few issues, but when something needs to be taken care of, they are very friendly in the office and quick to putting in a work order and resolving the issue a lot of times the same day.

Love this area.

If residents have a problem all they would need to do is reach out to the leasing office. Some of the nicest, most genuine people trying to help you and get you sorted. Me and my roommate both call them one of the best landlords we've ever had. Location is perfect as its close enough for access to plenty, but you don't ever feel like there's a lot of people around you. Great place to live honestly only ever had a few issues but when we did, we reached out and they helped us. The people complaining are probably ones who didn't reach out when stuff started messing up, then decided to complain after it was too broken.

I have been a resident for more than a year and their maintenance/office staff is excellent any and all issues are addressed promptly and I don't have nor have I seen a roach in more than a year, in most cases roaches are introduced by neighbors.

I recently moved in March 2020 and we did have a significant snow fall earlier in the year. This recent snowfall that happened on Sunday, management has saved $$ by not having to spend on snow removal for the last couple of years. Plow truck made a pass on Sunday morning around 04:00 for the drive ways, sidewalks are just being taken care of today by the maintenance crew on Tuesday.

Very quiet and people are very friendly. Office staff is very helpful and kind.
